Welcome to My Community Collaborative. We are a not-for-profit organisation who focuses on offering a range of free programs for the Sunshine Coast community to improve physical health outcomes, social inclusion outcomes and mental health outcomes. Our aim is to provide a safe space for people to make connections, increase socialisation and get involved in a range of activities and experiences to help further develop life skills and assist with community services that are available! Through our programs we also have a focus on closing the gap and embracing culture through learning materials.
